We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce CPQ. As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will be responsible for customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, and providing hands-on configuration and development on the Force.com platform. You should be highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences and problem-solving in complex scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce CPQ Implementation & Customization:
- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions to align with business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce CPQ using the platform's features to meet unique customer needs and optimize sales workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on the configuration of CPQ templates, pricing, quote creation, product catalog management, and contract generation.
Platform Configuration & Development:
- Utilize Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce Flows to develop custom functionalities and workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Configure and customize the Force.com platform, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems to support the full sales and business lifecycle.
User Experience & Problem Solving:
- Focus on creating a frictionless and user-friendly Salesforce CPQ experience for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support to the team, identifying and resolving issues or challenges to optimize processes.
- Work creatively and analytically to resolve complex issues, developing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and business operations, to ensure smooth implementation and usage of Salesforce CPQ.
- Present findings and solutions to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the system.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of configuration, development, and deployment processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor Salesforce CPQ performance, suggesting improvements and enhancements.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices in CPQ and SaaS systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including customizations and configurations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Force.com platform configuration and development using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, including pricing models, quote templates, product configuration, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Expertise in configuring Salesforce workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and triggers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and hardworking, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in meeting with and presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce CPQ certification or other related Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
- Experience with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional integrations with SaaS platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
