We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Project Manager with over 9 years of experience in software development and project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing ASP.NET development projects and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of software projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines, and managing complex ASP.NET and database technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead, plan, and manage the execution of software development projects, with a strong focus on ASP.NET and database technologies. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met according to timelines.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Agile Project Management: Implement and manage Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient project execution, frequent releases, and ongoing stakeholder engagement. Use tools like JIRA, Trello, and MS Project for tracking and reporting.
• Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify risks, manage project scope, resolve issues, and ensure that projects stay on track and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by overseeing code reviews, testing processes, and adherence to coding standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, helping them adopt best practices and overcome complex technical challenges.
• Project Documentation: Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including timelines, requirements, release notes, and meeting records.
• Trading Platform Integration: Oversee the development and integration of MT4 (MetaTrader 4) and MT5 (MetaTrader 5) trading platforms, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for trading financial instruments like forex, commodities, indices, stocks, and cryptocurrencies.
