Experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant with over 7 years of expertise in field service management and a strong track record of implementing Salesforce FSL solutions. Proficient in Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration, with deep knowledge of FSL capabilities including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and service contracts. Skilled in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. A Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Administrator, with a proven ability to optimize service processes, integrate third-party applications, and mentor teams. Focused on translating business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

FSL Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design and implement Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Customize and configure FSL to optimize service scheduling, dispatching, and work order processes.
- Manage service contracts, entitlements, SLAs, and other service-related components within FSL.

Asset & Inventory Management:
- Ensure effective asset and inventory management within the Salesforce ecosystem, including integration with FSL.
- Implement solutions to track and manage the lifecycle of service assets and inventory.

Custom Development:
- Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Integrate Salesforce FSL with other Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications via APIs.

Project Leadership & Technical Guidance:
- Provide technical guidance to the project team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure deliverable quality and adherence to best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for effective implementation.

Training & Mentorship:
- Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on FSL best practices and functionality.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on training to enable users to maximize FSL's capabilities.

Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FSL implementations, resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ongoing operation of FSL solutions.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Create and maintain comprehensive FSL documentation, including solution design, configuration steps, and best practices.
- Ensure that all customizations and integrations are well-documented for future reference and compliance.
Must Haves:

Experience:
- 7+ years of field service management experience, with a deep understanding of FSL.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce FSL, including implementation and customization.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration.
- Experience working with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of service contracts, entitlements, SLAs, and work order management.

Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or Advanced Administrator).
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Developer (preferred).

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce customization, including developing Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Proficient in building and deploying Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of FSL's core capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with FSL integrations, both within Salesforce and with third-party applications.

Leadership & Mentorship:
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide mentoring to junior consultants and internal teams.
- Experience managing end-to-end FSL project implementations.
