We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Order Management Systems (OMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools. You will be responsible for customizing and enhancing Salesforce applications, integrating OMS capabilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems related to order processing. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to support US-based project teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Customize and enhance Salesforce Order Management Systems (OMS) to meet business requirements, improving the order processing workflow and customer experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems to ensure seamless data exchange, with a focus on OMS and related applications.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the OMS and other related modules.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to identify the root cause of issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Collaboration with US Project Teams:

• Work closely with US-based project teams to understand business needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form to share technical knowledge, provide status updates, and assist in decision-making.

Support & Flexibility:

• Provide support during the implementation phase of projects, with flexibility to maintain a few hours of daily overlap with the US project teams to address urgent needs and ensure timely communication.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall project performance.

Certifications & Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce development best practices, release updates, and emerging technologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus and may be required for future career progression.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Proven experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) within Salesforce, understanding order processing and related workflows.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools.
  • Proficiency in working with Salesforce APIs, RESTful web services, and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and design patterns.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.

• Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with US-based project teams, stakeholders, and other developers.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Flexibility:

  • Ability to work during hours that overlap with US-based project teams for effective collaboration and project support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and their integration with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
