We are seeking an experienced VB.NET Developer with strong expertise in ASP.NET WebForms, VB.NET, SQL Server (2016), and related technologies for an immediate joining position. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data structures, SQL optimization, and advanced database concepts, and will work on developing and maintaining high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET WebForms and VB.NET.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient SQL queries, views, functions, triggers, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2016.
• Optimize SQL queries for better performance using techniques like query optimization, indexing, and transaction management.
• Implement and manage DevExpress and Telerik controls in web applications.
• Build and maintain database schemas, relationships, and ensure data integrity.
• Handle performance tuning, index optimization, and other query optimization tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications on time.
• Work on troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in existing applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.
• Document development processes, code changes, and new features.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in VB.NET and ASP.NET WebForms.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server 2016 including:
  • Writing complex queries, views, functions, triggers.
  • Proficient in SQL optimization, indexing, transaction management.
  • In-depth knowledge of database performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with DevExpress and Telerik controls.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database design.
• Experience in creating and maintaining stored procedures and functions.
• Proficient in using CLR (Common Language Runtime) for advanced programming in SQL Server.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Ability to write clear, concise documentation for code and processes.
