We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, particularly with S/4HANA expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP HCM solutions in complex environments, with specific experience working within Government/Public Sector Units (PSUs).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
  • S/4HANA Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA to optimize HCM solutions and ensure seamless integration with other modules and systems.
  • Consulting & Advising: Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM solutions in alignment with their business needs and processes.
  • Government/PSU Experience: Leverage your experience working in the Government or PSU sectors to understand complex regulatory, compliance, and functional requirements.
  • Customization & Integration: Perform detailed analysis and customization of SAP HCM solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including integration with third-party systems.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
  • Training & Documentation: Create user manuals, documentation, and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP HCM system.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure SAP HCM solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting with strong expertise in S/4HANA.
  • Certification in SAP HCM is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience working with Government and Public Sector Units (PSUs) is required, with a strong understanding of their specific processes and regulations.
  • Expertise in implementing and configuring key SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA features, functionality, and integration within the HCM module.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating SAP HCM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (SuccessFactors, Concur, etc.).
  • Previous experience in large-scale transformation projects, especially in government or PSU sectors
