We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Retail Tester with expertise in the Healthcare domain to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in SAP testing, with a solid understanding of SAP retail processes and healthcare-related business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented tester to work on cutting-edge SAP solutions for the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP Retail testing for healthcare-related projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and prepare test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing of SAP Retail functionalities, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Sales, Distribution, Procurement, and Pricing modules.
• Ensure the testing covers all scenarios and edge cases, including end-to-end business processes in healthcare.
• Validate data integration and system performance in real-time SAP Retail environments.
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities with end-users and provide necessary support.
• Document test results, defects, and test reports, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Provide expertise in SAP Retail and healthcare domain knowledge to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Retail testing, with a strong understanding of retail processes and SAP best practices.
• In-depth experience with SAP modules such as SAP MM (Material Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), and Retail-specific modules.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare domain and understanding of healthcare processes, patient care workflows, and supply chain needs is essential.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing and experience with test automation tools for SAP (e.g., SAP TAO, Worksoft, or other testing frameworks).
• Expertise in analyzing test results and defect management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certification in Retail and/or Healthcare modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare applications.
