We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UX research, UI design, and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research, designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX artifacts.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect and evaluate user requirements and improve user experience in subsequent releases.
  • Design Creation: Build user flows, personas, information architecture, sitemaps, and journey maps to understand user behavior and design the optimal experience.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes with interactive elements using design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • UI/UX Artifacts: Deliver UI/UX documentation with pixel-perfect mockups and artifacts, while adhering to timelines and coding standards.
  • Design Systems: Maintain design consistency and build Design System Management (DSM), defining patterns and interaction design to ensure a unified user experience across all platforms.
  • Heuristic Evaluation & Testing: Perform UX audits using key heuristics to evaluate designs, and utilize usability testing, A/B testing, and accessibility assessments to enhance user experience.
  • B2B/B2C Applications: Design UI/UX for both B2B and B2C applications, including enterprise solutions, transactional applications, and data visualization tools.
  • Responsive & Adaptive Design: Develop responsive and adaptive designs for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring an optimal user experience across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure the design vision is executed effectively across platforms. Communicate design decisions and align solutions with user and business objectives.
  • Tech Stack Knowledge: Design for diverse technology stacks, including Java/Angular, SharePoint, and .NET, understanding the technical limitations and opportunities.

 

 

Certifications:

  • Certification in UX Design and Design Thinking is preferred.

 

 

Additional Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling collaboration with development teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present design concepts and articulate decisions clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
