We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Administrator with 6-8 years of experience, including at least 4 years focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will be Salesforce Experience Cloud Certified, with strong knowledge of Salesforce CMS and Content CRM functionalities. You will play a key role in leading Salesforce projects, developing solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely with distributed teams are essential for success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce development and administration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
  • Salesforce CMS & Content CRM: Manage and optimize Salesforce CMS and Content CRM features to enhance the user experience and streamline content management processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and communication.
  • Issue Resolution & Guidance: Handle client inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on the use of Salesforce functionalities and features.
  • Best Practices & Standards: Ensure all Salesforce implementations follow Salesforce best practices and are compliant with industry standards.
  • Salesforce Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance your expertise.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members in Salesforce development and project management best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions that contribute to overall business success and efficiency.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Salesforce Experience Cloud: Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including custom development, administration, and integration.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification is required; other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC): Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern Salesforce development.
  • Salesforce CMS/Content CRM: Expertise in managing and optimizing Salesforce CMS and Content CRM functionalities to enhance content delivery and user interaction.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Remote Work Ability: Comfortable working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
