We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills and experience working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. You will play a key role in designing and evaluating machine learning models, implementing deployment solutions using DevOps features like Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps, and working with Azure Cognitive Services. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Azure OpenAI, DataBricks, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is essential. A strong understanding of generative AI techniques, such as retrieval-augmented generation, and familiarity with regulatory compliance (especially in pharmaceutical or medical device industries) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Model Development: Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Machine Learning Design & Evaluation: Design and evaluate machine learning models, ensuring they follow robust data engineering practices.
• AI Deployment & DevOps: Implement AI deployment solutions using DevOps tools such as Docker, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes.
• Azure Cognitive Services: Work with Azure Cognitive Services, including Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Database Management: Manage SQL and NoSQL databases to support AI/ML data pipelines.
• LLM & Generative AI: Utilize Azure OpenAI, DataBricks, and frameworks like LangChain to integrate Large Language Models and apply generative AI techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation.
• System Architecture & Scalability: Collaborate on designing scalable AI systems and applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Technical Documentation: Write and maintain clear technical documentation related to AI processes, models, and deployment procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated fields.
