We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle EPM Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on expertise in EPBCS, Data Management, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, design, and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions for a China-based entity. You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure the alignment of solutions with business requirements while optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Oracle EPBCS applications to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs.
• Manage and optimize Data Management processes, including integrations, data flows, and automation of data imports/exports.
• Build and maintain custom reports using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) to support business reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure best practices for performance tuning, automation, and system optimization are adhered to, maintaining high system efficiency.
• Work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
