We are seeking an experienced SnapLogic Developer with expertise in Salesforce integration and a strong background in building SnapLogic pipelines, error handling, and task scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall development and integration experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce and SnapLogic. This role requires experience in end-to-end implementations, as well as the ability to analyze functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions. Strong communication skills for liaising with business partners and clients are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

SnapLogic Development & Integration:

• Design and develop SnapLogic pipelines, including implementing error handling, task scheduling, and alerts.
• Build efficient and scalable SnapLogic solutions that integrate with Salesforce, ensuring smooth data flows between systems.

End-to-End Implementations:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SnapLogic implementations, from development through to testing and final deployment, specifically with Salesforce integration.
• Ensure the integrations meet business requirements and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Specifications:

• Analyze and translate functional specifications and user stories into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Provide technical solutions for data integration problems and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business partners and clients to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Ensure that SnapLogic pipelines are running smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during operations.
• Continuously improve the performance and reliability of integration pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  • 4-6 years of overall development and integration experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integration.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically with SnapLogic, including pipeline design, error handling, task scheduling, and alerts.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementations using SnapLogic with Salesforce (Design, Develop, Test, Implement).

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SnapLogic Design/Development.
  • Proficient in using various Snaps for integrating with Salesforce.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, and APIs for integration.
  • Experience with data transformation and mapping within SnapLogic for smooth integration.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business partners and clients, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of additional integration platforms or tools.
• Experience with other cloud-based integration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
